• Setting sail. Board the trajinera at Fernando Celda’s pier for a peaceful glide through the canals.
• Scenic passage. Cross Laguna del Toro for birdwatching and enter the Sabinos Canal’s natural tunnel.
• Lunch on board. Choose Taco Placero (chicharrón, guacamole, pico de gallo, panela, nopales salad, handmade tortillas) or Tlacoyo (two seasonal tlacoyos with cream, panela, nopales and salsa) — both with agua de jamaica.
