- Setting sail. Board the trajinera at Fernando Celda’s pier for a peaceful glide through the canals.
- Scenic passage. Cross Laguna del Toro for birdwatching and enter the Sabinos Canal’s natural tunnel.
- Lunch on board. Choose Taco Placero (chicharrón, guacamole, pico de gallo, panela, nopales salad, handmade tortillas) or Tlacoyo (two seasonal tlacoyos with cream, panela, nopales and salsa) — both with agua de jamaica.
- Chinampa visit. Explore a working chinampa and its centuries-old practices.
- Wildlife & wonder. Meet the axolotl at its sanctuary and hear its story of resilience.
